DOMESTIC SHIPPING
FREE Shipping
Shipping is FREE for all order that are R350 and more. This condition is ONLY applicable for orders within the country South Africa. FREE Shipping applies to orders being delivered anywhere in the country including, in the metropolitan, industrial, rural, and township areas. For all FREE deliveries, the parcels are delivered at the billing/ shipping address you provide at Checkout. Please ensure you provide a complete billing/ shipping address, which includes Street name, Suburb, Town/City, Postal Code, and Province. When you spend R350 or more, the only thing you pay for are the items you purchase, you will not be required to make any additional payments. The FREE Shipping applies for all orders made on the website, via emails, and WhatsApp.
Non-FREE Shipping
For orders less than R350, the customer has an option to choose the shipping they prefer or are most familiar with at Checkout. The customer can choose from the following shipping options: Click on each of the shipping options to learn how they work.
Our standard, brown paper bag and plastic cover, parcel packaging is designed to fit the small locker. Allowing the customer to save on shipping cost.
- Pudo Locker-to-Locker (R49)
- If you choose this shipping option, instead of providing your billing / shipping address you can provide the address of the Pudo Locker you want us to send your parcel to. To find the address of the locker near your home or workplace, enter your home or work address on the Pudo App, you will be shown all the lockers available in that area. Else send us a WhatsApp with your address and we’ll check for you.
- Pudo Locker-to-Kiosk (R59)
- If you choose this shipping option, instead of providing your billing / shipping address you can provide the address of the Pudo Kiosk you want us to send your parcel to. To find the address of the kiosk near your home or workplace, enter your home or work address on the Pudo App, you will be shown all the kiosks available in that area. Else send us a WhatsApp with your address and we’ll check for you.
- Pudo Locker-to-Door (R69)
- Unfortunately, this shipping option is NOT available for township or red zones. If you live in a red zone and you choose this shipping option we will downgrade you to either a locker of kiosk depending on which is closest to the provided shipping address. Additionally, we will not refund you the remaining difference. If you are unsure, enter your address on the Pudo App, if the shipping is R149.95 instead of R69, you are in the red zone. Else send us a WhatsApp with your address and we’ll check for you.
Aramex (Domestic)
- 7-9 Working Days PAXI Store Delivery (R59.95)
- If you choose this shipping option, instead of providing your billing / shipping address you can provide the Pep Store Code and address of the Store you want us to send your parcel to. To find the address of the Store Code and address of the Pep near your home or workplace, enter your home or work address on the Store Code Locator search bar and choose address (not PAXI Point Code), you will be shown all the Pep Stores available in that area. Else send us a WhatsApp with your address and we’ll check for you.
- 3-5 Working Days PAXI Store Delivery (R109.95)
- If you choose this shipping option, instead of providing your billing / shipping address you can provide the Pep Store Code and address of the Store you want us to send your parcel to. To find the address of the Store Code and address of the Pep near your home or workplace, enter your home or work address on the Store Code Locator search bar and choose address (not PAXI Point Code), you will be shown all the Pep Stores available in that area. Else send us a WhatsApp with your address and we’ll check for you.
- If you choose this shipping option, instead of providing your billing / shipping address you can provide the address of the Postnet you want us to send your parcel to. To find the address of the Postnet address near your home or workplace, enter your home or work address on the Postnet Store search bar, you will be shown all the Stores available in that area. Else send us a WhatsApp with your address and we’ll check for you.

Shipping Options
At the moment, we only have two international shipping options: Click on each of the shipping options to learn how they work.
The default shipping option is Aramex International as it has less red tapes and it is cheaper. DHL is reserved for use at the customer’s requests and if it’s not possible to use Aramex.
Shipping Cost
When paying for shipping, you are actually paying for the box that will be used to ship the product. These boxes come in various sizes / dimensions. These box sizes can accommodate different product shapes and weight classes. For example, the smallest shipping box can accommodate up to 0.5 kg plant powders. However, 0.5 kg whole roots may require a bigger box as they may not fit due to the thin height of the box. In general, International Shipping Cost varies depending on the following:
- The size of the order
- The number of different products
- An environmental report has to be included for each product. This is required by customs.
