But in the unfortunate case that you don’t gain any value from taking our course, signing up for subscription, or using our products, we would like to sincerely apologize. Unfortunately, none of our offerings are refundable. We reserve the right to refund the customer on instance such as cancelation of an order prior to shipping. You can return an order or get a refund when it is damage upon delivery. We also refund products that were paid for but not included in the delivered parcel. When a customer places an order, it is their responsibility to provide the correct address/ location/ store/ locker for the parcel to be delivered (or dropped off) at. Should the customer provide an incorrect address and the parcel gets delivered or dropped off at the wrong address, we will not refund. If the customer fails to collect their parcel at a store / locker and the parcel is returned back to us, we will not refund. The customer can pay for the parcel to be returned back to them. Do not place an order, if you will be unable to receive or collect the parcel. In cases, when the customer does not provide a drop off locker or store, we will use the provided shipping / billing address to find the nearest locker or store and send the parcel there. Should the customer not be satisfied with the selected locker or store, they should let us know immediately so we can change the address before it is allocated for drop off.
