When we are done making your order, we take it to the shipping company (Courier Guy or Aramex) and then send you the waybill number or the parcel tracking number. Once we send you the tracking number, wait a few hours before tracking your parcel.

If you have provided us with a reachable phone number, the shipping company will contact you before coming to deliver the parcel. If they can’t get a hold of you when they come to deliver at the provided address, they will take the parcel back to the depot. You can call the shipping company and ask them to deliver on the day you are available or you can go to the depot to collect the parcel.


Non-Free Shipping

When we are done making your order, we take it to the shipping company of your choice and then send you the waybill number or the parcel tracking number. Once we send you the tracking number, wait a few hours before tracking your parcel.

Depending on the chosen shipping option, when your parcel arrives at the specified location you will receive one of the following:

  1. Home / Office Delivery
    • A phone call to confirm your availability and home or office address before coming to deliver.
  2. Pude Locker Delivery
    • A message with a locker name/ location and collection PIN.
  3. PAXI
    • A message to inform you that your parcel has arrived and to bring identification when coming to collect.
  4. Postnet
    • A message to inform you that your parcel has arrived and to bring identification when coming to collect.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

When the parcel arrives (or before the parcel arrives) in your country, you will be required to pay Customs and Excise Fees/ VAT and Duty Fees. You will be given a specific period to pay the fees. If you are unable to pay the fees within the given period, contact your local customs and request a date extension. If these fees are not paid the parcel will not be cleared to come into your country. The parcel may end up returned back to us of destroyed.
